 
Elia Studios is situated at the traditional village of Agathias near Palekastro (or Palaikastro) of Sitia area.It is built against a hillside overlooking the wonderful beaches of Hiona and Kouremenos. Each studio sleeps 2-3 persons. All studios are equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, 2 beds, a sitting area, Air Conditioning, safe box, coffee maker, telephone, internet line, hair dryer, private bathroom and balcony with wonderful views. The exterior is decorated with small rock gardens, stone paved alleyways and stairs that fit perfectly with the environment. Available are also reception service, breakfast, information on the area, car rental etc. Elia Studios is the perfect place for peaceful vacations in the Cretan nature, while some of the major attractions of the island are within a very small distance. The palm grove and the beach of VAI is only 8 km away, the sandy beaches of Hiona and Kouremenos (ideal for wind surfing) are very close, the historical monastery of Toplou, 11km, and of course the Minoan Palace at Kato Zakros only a few klms to the south. In the nearby villages with the picturesque taverns, the visitor can enjoy fresh fish and Cretan specialties.
