 Villas Louloudaki are two beautiful stone built houses, built in 2007-2008, in a size of 140 sq. m each , which can easily accommodate up to 8 people (each villa). They are situated in the outskirts of Pagalohori village some 3 km away from the beach and village of Stavromenos where all amenities can be found and about 13 km from Rethymno town. The nearest tavern is a couple of km away just after passing the village of Loutra. The villa consists of 3 levels.Entering the house from the main entrance in the middle level , there are a living-dining room with a fireplace a couple of comfortable sofas and the tv set with a sat TV and a dvd. Further on there is an open plan kitchen (fully equipped: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer,oven) , a spacious shower/WC and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and both airconditioned. French doors lead from the living area and the kitchen to a large veranda with patio furniture where all meals can be enjoyed with views to the pool , the garden and the surrounding Cretan countryside. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single bedfs sharing a large bath/wc. Both bedrooms are airconditioned and both lead to a beautiful terrace with beautiful views . In the same level there is a covered patio with nice comfortable furniture. On the 3rd level which can be reached going down the marble staircase from the middle level , there is an open plan livng area which has 2 more extra beds and where 2 extra persons can be accommodated. In the exterior of the villa there is a nice large pool of 60 sq. m and a beautiful grass area around , ideal for children to play. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing and relaxing .The environment is so natural even in such a short distance from the well-known tourist area of Rethymno town. A car is considered to be essential. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.
